Updated over 10 months ago

Overview

The Status Page shows the current availability of key platform features and provides timely updates during incidents. It's a convenient way to stay informed when something unexpected happens.

Why it’s useful

  • Transparency. If something goes wrong, you’ll see it directly on the page.

  • Saves time. No need to contact support just to check system status.

  • Convenience. Everything is in one place: current status and past incident history.

What happens during an incident

Normally, the page is green — this means everything is working fine.

If there’s a disruption:

  • A message appears at the top

  • You’ll see which services are affected and how

  • Each component shows the level of impact

  • Updates are added during the resolution process

  • The issue is marked as resolved when finished

Example:

If you see “Currency exchange – degraded performance”, operations in that area may be slower than usual.
