Adding a Bank Account in the Back Office

Learn how to add a new bank account to your merchant profile, including verification requirements and supported account types.

To add a new bank account to your profile:

  1. Go to Settings → Bank Accounts → Add Bank Account

  2. Fill in all the required fields accurately

  3. Submit your request for review

🔍 Verification step:
Please send a Bank Reference Letter or a recent bank statement to your [email protected] so our team can verify account ownership.

⚠️ Important:

We only accept bank accounts where the account holder matches the merchant’s legal entity. Third-party or pooled IBANs are not supported.
