In the Balances tab, you can find your fiat and crypto account balances. You can also see your deposit address for each cryptocurrency.
If you want to receive a payment from another person, you can copy the link to the payment terminal and share it. When you click on this link, the user will see the following screen. This way, the payee won’t make a mistake in entering the address or the currency they’re sending.
To see your deposit address for any cryptocurrency:
In the Balances tab, click the cryptocurrency you want to receive.
Click Receive.
Select the address you want to copy from the dropdown list. Click Copy next to the address. You can also use the QR code or share the payment terminal link.
If the recipient clicks your payment terminal link, they will see your address and preferred currency:
Tip: Before a deposit is made to the address, make sure the currency is correct and the deposit amount is higher than our minimal limits. For more details on minimal limits, see Confirmations and limits.
If you want to create a new address, you will be prompted for your legal entity's name, country of registration and email in compliance with the MiCA regulations.
Exchanging crypto
You can exchange your cryptocurrency to fiat, vice versa or exchange cryptocurrencies between each other by pressing the “Exchange” button. For the list of available trading pairs, see Available trading pairs.
On this menu you can choose the currency you want to exchange and the currency that you want to obtain (either crypto or fiat) and set the amount. The exchange rate is fixed for one minute, if you exchange the funds within this time frame you get the exact amount of the target currency from the menu, if the timer has ran out new ratio will be calculated and fixed for another minute.
Only users with the “Owner” role can access “Send” and “Exchange” buttons, while any user from your team is able to see the deposit addresses by pressing the “Deposit” button.
Withdrawing crypto
By pressing the “Send” button you can access the menu that allows you to withdraw cryptocurrency. You need to specify the address and set the amount. Same rule applies to the withdrawal as well, you need to make sure that receiver’s address is correct, the currency is matching and the amount is above the processing limits.

When withdrawing crypto to a corporate address, you will need to provide the company's legal name, country of registration and email. When withdrawing crypto to a natural person's address, you will need to provide their first name, date of birth and email. This is required in compliance with the European Union's MiCA regulations.
