Step 1: Navigate to the Balances Tab
Log in to your account.
Go to the Balances tab.
Select EUR (or the relevant currency).
Click on Top Up to initiate the process.
Step 2: Select Payment Method and Enter Amount
Choose the payment method you wish to use.
Enter the amount you want to deposit.
Once ready, click Next to proceed.
Click Submit Payment Order to confirm your request.
Step 3: Copy the TXID for Reference
After submission, you will see the order details, including a TXID.
This TXID must be copied and used as a reference when making the bank wire transfer.
Example TXID format:
CP:EURD183U1579T910734.
Step 4: Check Your Email for Confirmation & Instructions
You will receive an email confirming that your Top-Up Request has been created.
You must now send the wire transfer to the bank account selected during the request process.
Ensure that the TXID from the back office is included in the reference field of your deposit request.
Important Notes:
Adding the correct TXID in your reference field ensures a faster confirmation process and avoids delays.
Failure to include the TXID may result in a longer processing time for your deposit.
