The system does not support displaying individual balances for each user. The merchant account only shows the total balance across all fiat and cryptocurrencies.
Alternative Solution: Use a filter on the "end_user_reference" parameter to track all transactions (deposits and withdrawals) for a specific user and manually calculate their balance.
