How to Enable Automatic Withdrawals to a Cold Wallet?

You can set up automatic withdrawals to your external cold wallet once a specific balance threshold is reached.
Setting Withdrawal Limits:

  1. Log in to the merchant account with an Owner role.

  2. Go to the “Settings” tab.

  3. Navigate to “Limits”.

  4. Click the pencil icon next to the currency.

  5. Set:


“Keep on hot” – the threshold at which funds will start to be automatically transferred.
“Min Transaction Amount” – the minimum amount for automatic withdrawal.

Adding a Cold Wallet Address:

  1. Contact support to enable the option to edit the cold wallet address.

  2. Log in to the merchant account as an Owner.

  3. Go to “Settings” → “Cold Address”.

  4. Select the currency.

  5. Click the pencil icon.

  6. Enter the cold wallet address.

  7. Enter the 2FA code and click “Submit”.
