Unable to Process a Swap Withdrawal, Even Though the Currency Pair is Listed?

If swap withdrawals are not working, ensure that the required currencies are enabled in your merchant account.
Checking and Enabling Currencies:

  1. Log in to the merchant account.

  2. Go to “Settings” → “Currencies Info”.

  3. Check the “Active Currencies” section to ensure the required currencies are enabled.

  4. If a currency is disabled:

Click “Add New Currency”.
Select the currency.
Click “Save”.
